KIDS MINISTRY AT VINEYARD FLORENCE
At Vineyard Florence our kids (Infant - 5th Grade) experience safe, exciting environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative, Bible-based and Spirit lead way. The heartbeat of Vineyard Kids is to show kids who God is, teach them how they can hear God for themselves, and provide fun ways to share his amazing love. It is our greatest honor is to partner with you, the parent/guardian in discipling your children. We would love to see you and your family this Sunday at Vineyard Kids!
YOUR FIRST VISIT
“Here's what to expect when visiting Vineyard Kids for the first time:
First find the “Kids Cave” in the Lobby. There we will meet your family and check your child into our system
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

Child's Birthdate:
Home Address:
Phone Number:
Any special needs or instructions for your children to help us serve and disciple them better.
If you want to pre-register to simplify your process on Sunday morning and let us know you’ll be join us, you can do that below.
HOW CHECK IN WORKS
Before Service - You can check your child in before service at any available Kiosk in the Kids Cave located in the Lobby. After finding your child’s name in the database you and your child will be given matching name tags exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag.
After Service - After service you will go to your child’s classroom and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. (If you would like to receive prayer during ministry time at the end of service please get you children first or send someone you trust with your tag; we want to be sensitive of our volunteer’s time.)
During Service - In the event that we need to contact you during service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screens and we may send you a text message as well. We ask that you exit the Auditorium quickly and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
