With decades of experience in the pastorate and as missionaries with the Southern Baptist International Mission Board, Ying and Grace Kai currently serve as Executive Directors of T4T Global Missions. In T4T, the Kais have developed one of the most fruitful methods for church planting and disciple training in the world. Every year more than 20,000 believers around the world receive their T4T training and with it have experienced life transformation as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Ying and Grace currently reside in Austin, TX. They continue to lead global training programs for trainers worldwide. They have three sons and eight grandchildren.

After 16 years on the mission field in India, Josh has recently relocated his family to Indianapolis, Indiana. Josh has a passion to see the Kingdom of God spread throughout the world.  He desires to raise up disciples who make disciples, leaders who create leaders, and churches that plant churches. In 2015, he launched a ministry called “Ignite,” which has seen over 30,000 churches started in about 10 years through movements of multiplication.   

Josh currently serves as the Director of Vision and Mobilization at Discipleship.org, Global Mobilization Catalyst for E3 Partners, and the President of Fidelis International Seminary. Josh holds a Master of Arts in Missional Church Movements from Wheaton College, an honorary doctorate from Dallas Christian College, and is the co-author of the book Christian Extremism: A Life Worth Dying For and of the book Igniting Movements: Multiplying Churches in Dark Places.  Besides God’s grace through Jesus, he is most thankful for his wife Lashi, his two sons, Josiah and Jeremiah, and his daughter Zara. 

Spirit-inspired innovative insights come from Putty's wild journey with Jesus from physicist to pastor to entrepreneur to author and speaker. His three main passions are the Holy Spirit, effective communication, and journeying toward the future God has for the church and the world. Putty founded the School of Kingdom Ministry and spent eleven years as a pastor on the staff team of The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois, followed by a year and a half as an interim pastor at The Chapel. In February 2023 he moved to Phoenix, Arizona to church pioneer by planting a new kingdom ecosystem called FUSE. Putty is the author of two books, and lives with his wife and three children in Tempe, AZ.
